Once we receive your referral and the relevant paperwork, your journey begins with Dr Richardson’s Patient Coordinator who will contact you to discuss your aims and goals.
An in-person consultation with Dr Richardson at Queens Parade Specialists will then be arranged, during which he will assess your concerns, take a full medical history, perform a physical examination, and discuss the available surgical options, including potential risks and expected outcomes, to help you make an informed decision.

After your consultation, you’ll meet Dr Richardson’s patient coordinator in person. She will guide you through the next steps, provide information on hospital options, and take standard clinical photographs as part of your medical record.
