Known for her calm, kind, and professional approach, Carolyn plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the practice and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Briony is the Practice and Business Manager at Queens Parade Specialists, where she works closely with Dr Sophia Richardson and Dr Jeremy Richardson and their teams.

In her role, Briony oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic, manages administrative and business functions, and ensures the practice runs smoothly and effectively. With a strong focus on efficiency, organisation, and patient service standards, Briony plays a key role in keeping the practice operating at its best. She is passionate about supporting both the team and the overall patient experience.
